Pengaruh Keindahan Alam terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan Green Canyon di Pangandaran Jawa Barat

Abstract

Research intended to acknowledge how much the influence of natural beauty perception of visitors of “Green Canyon” tourism site of Pangandaran, West Java, toward their traveling satisfaction. The method used was quantitative descriptive method. The research population were sampling from all visitors at certain period. The research conducted from January to February 2016. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling technique, by the sum of respondents were 150 tourists. The data then tested for its normality, multicolinearity, multiple regression, and its feasibility for regression coefficient. The result showed that the natural beauty variable have tcount: 12,585. Its bigger than ttable: 1,976. It mean that the natural beauty significantly affected for the tourists’ satisfaction. The value of coefficient of determination was 0.517 it showed that natural beauty contributed 51.7% toward tourist’s satisfaction. The other factors were government regulation, service quality, and security.

Peran Sekretaris dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Kerja di Kantor Pusat BRI

Abstract

Research intended to describe the role of secretary to enhance work efficiency of staff of Headquarters of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero). The research used qualitative research method. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The main informants were the secretary of marketing communication division, Marketing Division Head of Marketing Communication, and the Supervisor of Marketing Communication. The data acquired by observation, indepth interview, and document analysis. The data validated by triangulation program. The result of the research showed the secretary role to increase job efficiency by planning, saving, timming, simplifying, eradication, and gathering the work to utilize value, timing, economics of jobs, and satisfied works.

Manajemen Pendidikan Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Serpong Tangerang Selatan

Abstract

Research intended to acknowledge managerial aspects of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Serpong Tangerang Selatan, especially from the aspects of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The research method used was the qualitative explorative method. Data collected from observation, documents analysis, and in-depth interview with some teachers. Data triangulation used as data analysis tool by compounding the data from observation, interviews and document analysis. The study result showed that overall the management function performed well from the aspect of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Planning function recommended to have specific programs, not only actuate the main program commanded by Ministry of Religious Affair, to make it more known by people at Tangerang Selatan district.

Penerapan Green Office pada Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia

Abstract

This qualitative research intended to acknowledge the application of “green office concept” at Housekeeping Department of Ministry of Health of Indonesia. The researcher captured the data from the research field factually. Data gathered from the responsible staffs purposively, data collection methods used were moderate participant observation, indepth interview, and document analysis. The data validated by technique triangulation and resource triangulation.The qualitative research result
showed that (1) the staffs have moderate commitment for “green office”behavior. As showed by the paper saving, electricity saving, water saving, waste management, greening, cleanliness, and room’s air conditioning; (2) Eco – friendly office technology applied by using information technology system as electronic mail, electronic filling system and web based communication group.(3) The office physical building design suitable for naturally lighting design with lights’ placement grouping system, and also considers building green coefficient.(4) Vehicle cleaning and watering trees with condensed water were prohibited.(5) Office materials selected to minimize the use of papers and tissues. (6) Air conservation system applied by using centralized Air Conditioning System with average degree 24 – 25 celcius. (7) Air
humidity about 55% with no smoking rule. (8) Electric saving lights used by grouping system and also there was motion sensor lights at the bathroom; (9) flush the plant with Air Conditioning condensed water.

Pengelolaan Arsip Vital pada Kantor Arsip Universitas Indonesia

Abstract

Based on the results of research, the transfer of vital archives is based on the University Rector’s Decision Letter and the activities of transfer is the identification of vital archives and the classification of vital archives by the archivist team. The recording of vital archives is referring to Norms, Standard Procedures and Criteria (NSPK) Filing and Archive Retention Schedule (JRA). The Office of Archives also carries out the work ethic of the employee and the making of the archivists’ work targets to make the listing activity more effective and efficient. Digitalization is for the rediscovery of archives, as a form of archive rescue method as well as archive publication. Preservation of vital archives at the Archives Office of the University of Indonesia covers the storage, maintenance and restoration of vital archives.
The vital archive storage in the archives office refers to the NSPK and POB Archives as well as to the ANRI Regulation No. 49 of 2015 on the procedures of the vital archive program. They are who maintaining the vital archives is the assigned archivist in particular and all employees in general. Recovery of archives at the University of Indonesia archives has not been done before, because there is no vital archive that requires special recovery. In securing the archives, the manager gets limited access authority according to the field of work unit. The technology applied in the archive office in performing archival safeguards refers to the System Technology and Information Technology Standards. Good technology is required in the archives of the University of Indonesia to ensure the maintenance of the
archive by supporting secure accessibility.

Pengaruh Suasana Toko terhadap Citra Toko di Hypermart Pondok Gede

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of store atmosphere to store image at Hypermart Plaza Pondok Gede. The population of this study is all Hypermart customers who visited Plaza Pondok Gede during the study period. The sample of this study amounted to 50 customers who taken uses incidental sampling technique. This research uses associative quantitative research method. After the data have the same characteristics and normal distribution based on normality and homogeneity test, followed by analysis of variance (ANAVA). Based on the results of linear regression calculations obtained ŷ = 64,93 + 0,36 (x) and the calculation of ANAVA obtained Fhitung < Ftabel (0.79 , 1.96). Hypothesis testing is done by calculating the correlation of pearson product moment and obtained rxy = 0.362, it shows the influence of store
atmosphere to store image at Hypermart Plaza Pondok Gede is Low in accordance with the interpretation criteria in Table Interpretation of Correlation Coefficients. Therefore, the results of this study can be concluded that there is influence between store atmospher to store image at Hypermart Plaza Pondok Gede.

Komunikasi Eksternal Divisi Hubungan Masyarakat Kepolisian Republik Indonesia

Abstract

This research aims to find out how external communication in public relations Division of the national police. This research takes data from three informants, namely the head of sub-Division of the news section of the public lighting bureau public relations Division community police, head of the ministry of information and documentation bureau manager documentation information public relations Division of the police, administrative officer and part of the ministry of information and documentation. In the study, researchers conducted the sample and the data source selected by purposive and snowball sampling. This research uses qualitative research methods, descriptive. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research was undertaken researchers then it can be inferred that the external communications on the public relations Division of the national police are divided into two lines
consist of (1) communication from the organization to a wider audience that is informative tailored to Act No. 14 of the year 2008 about the openness of public information delivered through several activities and by using the media.The openness of institutions do to get the public trust to the institutions; (2) Communication from the audience to the organization that is the public relations Division police get feedback and opinions from the community in the form of a negative and a positive response by observing the mass media, online media, public relations activities conducted and the police sources trustworthy of the policies conducted by the ranks of the police force of the Republic of Indonesia and
the information submitted public relations Division of the national police.

Implementasi Pelayanan Publik di Kecamatan Medan Satria Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pelayanan publik bidang administrasi kependudukan pada kecamatan Medan Satria, Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dan
sampel dipilih secara purposif dan bersifat snowball sampling, analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di bidang administrasi kependudukan sudah cukup baik dengan tersedianya media informasi yang mudah diakses sesuai kebutuhan masyarakatserta prosedur pelayanan yang efisien; 2) Transparansi di bidang administrasi kependudukan bahwa sudah bersifat terbuka dan mudah diakses oleh semua pihak; 3) Kondisional dibidang administrasi berdasarkan pada bagan alur prosedur yang ada pada prosedur operasional standar; 4) Partisipasi dalam melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, menyediakan kotak kritik dan saran serta sms center; 5) Persamaan hak dalam pelayanan publik sudah dilaksanakan secara praktik.

Pelaksanaan Penagihan Pajak dengan Surat Paksa di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Mampang Prapatan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Penagihan Pajak dengan Surat Paksa di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Mampang Prapatan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam Penagihan Pajak dengan Surat Paksa merupakan modal utama bagi pelaksanaan Penagihan Pajak yang efektif, karena dengan diterbitkannya Surat Paksa memberikan kewenangan kepada petugas penagihan pajak untuk melakukan eksekusi langsung (parate executie) kepada wajib pajak atau penanggung pajak. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan melalui pendekatan studi kasus dengan model instrinsik. Model ini memfokuskan pada kasus tertentu dan ingin mengetahui secara intrinsik suatu fenomena, keteraturan, dan kekhususan kasus. Bukan untuk alasan eksternal lainnya. Sampel Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel data dipilih secara tertentu. Informan atau narasumber penelitian ini berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang staf yang terdiri dari Kepala Seksi Penagihan, Jurusita Pajak dan Pelaksana. Teknik Pengumpulan Data Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara semiterstruktur dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis kembali dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Penagihan Pajak dengan Surat Paksa melalui tahapan sebagai berikut: Surat Teguran, Penagihan Seketika dan Sekaligus, Surat Paksa, Penyitaan, Lelang atas asset sita, Pencegahan dan Penyanderaan telah sesuai dengan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) berdasarkan Undang-undang Perpajakan.

Pengaruh Citra Merek terhadap Ekuitas Merek (Studi Kasus di mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UHAMKA)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap ekuitas merek pada produk telefon genggam merk Samsung. Subjek penelitian adalah semua mahasiswa pengguna merk tersebut di program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka pada bulan Juli – Agustus 2017 sejumlah 61orang. Teknik pemilihan sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling kuota. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Setelah dihitung bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan linier, dilanjutkan dengan analisis varians (ANAVA). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan regresi linier diperoleh 𝑌̂ = 41,61 + 0,66(X) dan hasil perhitungan ANAVA didapat Fhitung< Ftabel (1,146 <2,03). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menghitung korelasi product moment dan didapat thitung> ttabel (6,8049>2,0057) yang berarti Ho ditolak. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara citra merek terhadap ekuitas merek.
