Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Hipertensi Pada Lansia di Posyandu Lansia Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kelurahan Cipinang Besar Utara Tahun 2019

Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit degeneratif dimana tekanan darah sistolik mencapai ≥140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik ≥90 mmHg. Lansia berisiko menderita hipertensi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti umur, jenis kelamin, riwayat hipertensi keluarga dan gaya hidup. Prevalensi hipertensi pada lansia di Indonesia tahun 2013 hingga tahun 2018 mengalami peningkatan antara 5,6%-9,3%. Cipinang Besar Utara adalah kelurahan dengan kejadian hipertensi tertinggi ke-2 di Kecamatan Jatinegara Jakarta Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan April 2019 di posyandu lansia wilayah kerja Puskesmas Keluarahan Cipinang Besar Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta posyandu lansia. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 108 orang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data yang diambil adalah data primer dengan wawancara dan pengukuran langsung untuk variabel penelitian dan data sekunder untuk melihat profil Puskesmas. Hasil uji univariat menunjukkan prevalensi hipertensi sebesar 71,3%, proporsi responden sebagian besar adalah lansia muda (64,8%), perempuan (73,1%), ada riwayat hipertensi keluarga (54,6%), tidak bekerja (59,3%), tidak obesitas (56,5%), tidak merokok (63,9%), stres (64,8%), aktivitas fisik ringan (68,5%), dan penderita hipertensi tidak patuh minum obat antihipertensi (83,1%). Hasil uji bivariat dengan uji Chi Square menunjukkan variabel yang berhubungan dengan hipertensi lansia yaitu Riwayat Hipertensi Keluarga (Pvalue=0,035), Status Gizi (Pvalue=0,001), Tingkat Stres (Pvalue=0,000), dan Aktivitas Fisik (Pvalue=0,000). Variabel yang tidak berhubungan yaitu Jenis Kelamin (Pvalue=0,296), Pekerjaan (Pvalue=0,625) dan Kebiasaan Merokok (Pvalue=0,563). Disarankan agar Puskesmas Kelurahan Cipinang Besar Utara melakukan penyuluhan berkala pada lansia dan meningkatkan kemampuan kader dalam pelayanan di Poslansia sebagai upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan hipertensi.

This study was conducted to investigate how students’ metacognition can be reflected in a diary. The study focused on how diaries could illustrate students in planning their learning, how they could describe their monitoring and how they could indicate their mental process in evaluating their learning. Twenty-one participants of third semester students were involved. Nine of them were selected to be probed intensively for their metacognitive habits in learning If Clauses. Then, they were divided into three groups according to the level of students’ progress and their mid test score. The first group was assumed as novice learners, the second group was categorized as medium level students and the last group was presumed as expert learners. In its implementation, the study was carried out for six meetings. The participants were instructed to write their learning activities and what they had achieved in learning If Clauses. They were given guidelines so that they could document their learning experiences within a framework and avoid giving irrelevant information. They wrote their diary entries on the sheets that they created by themselves and submitted until the end of the course. For research purpose, the diary entries were photocopied with permission. To support and gain more information about their habit in using the target language, the researcher observed the students’ social media as well. This study revealed that expert learners were better diarist in documenting what they did when learning. What they wrote on their diaries reflected whether or not their metacognitive knowledge was used in learning. The medium level students also indicated that their capability in realizing the use of their cognition was up and down. They were good at evaluating their shortcoming and monitoring some progress, but they were poor at planning and modifying strategies. Meanwhile, the novice learners less reflected how they learned on their documentation. It could be illustrated that they did not have any motivation
to plan their learning, evaluate and monitor their learning.
