Model Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karyawan PT Parador Management International

Abstract

The study aims to know employee training and development model at PT Parador Management International and utilized descriptive qualitative model by observing employee training and development model according to Schuler dan Jackson. The data collection technique used is observation, interview and document analysis. The data analysis technique used is interactive model according to Miles and Huberman, comprises of three things: data reduction, data display and conclusion. There are three dimensions of employee training and development. The first dimension is the stage of assessment, the indicators are need assessment and goal achievement. The second dimension is the stage of training and development, the indicators are media selection and learning principle, facilitating training, and creating condusive condition. The third dimension is the stage of evaluation, the indicators are performance development, pre-test, training monitoring, training evaluation, and transfer evaluation. Based on analysis result, it was concluded the employee training and development model has been running well according to the model of Schuler and Jackson. The company need to maintain the well-run dimensions but on the third dimension, the stage of evaluation, especially in the indicator of pre-test, the company need to do pre-test to see the effectiveness of training and development, it is not enough done by only asking the participant on the beginning of training

Pengaruh Brand Identity terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk di Rabbani Bunker Rawamangun Jakarta Timur

Abstract

The research objective is to learn the influence of Brand Identity (name, Logo, Color, packaging design, tagline and brand endorser, character, URL and website) against buying decision of Rabbani products in CV Rabbani Asyani at Rabbani Bunker Rawamangun. Normality test and homogeneity test applied before the main testing. Based on linear regression calculation, obtained Y= 46.32+0.575 (x) and ANAVA result shows Fcount <Ftable (0.473<1.94). Linier Shaped Fcount >Ftable ,(23,49>4,04) significan regression. Hypothesis testing done by calculating correlation Pearson Product and as result rxy=0.573, it shows that the brand identity affects Rabbani’s product buying decision in at Rabbani Bunker Rawamangun is strong, related with interpretation criteria of the correlation coefficient Interpretation table.

Abstract

Small Micro and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a strategic role in national economic development. SMEs also play a role in economic growth and employment as well as income distribution. Entering the free market, there should be a special concern for the survival of SMEs in order to survive amid global competition. For that we need a strategic effort in conducting quality improvement of SMEs. Efforts could be done by strengthening the Network of Partnership, Innovation, Technology, Strengthening human capital and Entrepreneurship, Infrastructure Development of Physical Existence of Large Corporations and Access to Markets and Market Information and Access Business Support Services.

Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di PT Centex

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how Occupational Safety and Health Management System in PT Century Textile Industry. The method used is the qualitative nature is descriptive. The number of informants of this research consists of as many as 3 Safety Coordinator PT Century Textile Industry, Safety Coordinator Dyeing Departement, and Safety Coordinator Weaving Departement, all their informants are people who know and hostage in order in the occupational safety and health management system. The research sampling using purposive sampling. Based on the findings, that occupational safety and health management system includes the planning or policy of occupational safety and health, the implementation or communication of occupational safety and health, and evaluation of occupational safety and health. Planning or policy of occupational safety and health is done through 3 aspects: regulation of occupational safety and health management system which must be obeyed by all employees, occupational safety and health Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and maintenance of machinery and work equipment. In the implementation or communication of safety and health through 3 aspects is the socialization and dissemination of occupational safety and health information, internal communication conducted between employees both- superiors about occupational safety and health, and external communication to the community about K3. The last stage of occupational safety and health evaluation is the stage of measurement, assessment, and improvement that must be done in PT Century Textile Industry by holding a safety patrol program.

Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Citra Perusahaan di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility to corporate image at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in North Jakarta. The population of this study is all Telkom customers who visited Plasa Telkom in North Jakarta during the study period. The sample of this study amounted to 67 customers who taken uses incidental sampling technique.This research uses the associative quantitative research method.After the data have the same characteristics and normal distribution based on normality and homogeneity test, followed by analysis of variance (ANAVA). Based on the results of linear regression calculations obtained Ŷ = 30.14 + 0.598 (x) and the calculation of ANAVA obtained Fhitung < Ftabel (1.127, 1.691). Hypothesis testing is done by calculating the correlation of the Pearson product moment and obtained rxy=0.615, it shows the influence of corporate social responsibility to corporate image at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in North Jakarta is Strong in accordance with the interpretation criteria in Table Interpretation of Correlation Coefficients. Therefore, the results of this study can be concluded that there is an influence between corporate social responsibility to corporate image at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in North Jakarta.

Pengaruh Keindahan Alam terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan Green Canyon di Pangandaran Jawa Barat

Abstract

Research intended to acknowledge how much the influence of natural beauty perception of visitors of “Green Canyon” tourism site of Pangandaran, West Java, toward their traveling satisfaction. The method used was quantitative descriptive method. The research population were sampling from all visitors at certain period. The research conducted from January to February 2016. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling technique, by the sum of respondents were 150 tourists. The data then tested for its normality, multicolinearity, multiple regression, and its feasibility for regression coefficient. The result showed that the natural beauty variable have tcount: 12,585. Its bigger than ttable: 1,976. It mean that the natural beauty significantly affected for the tourists’ satisfaction. The value of coefficient of determination was 0.517 it showed that natural beauty contributed 51.7% toward tourist’s satisfaction. The other factors were government regulation, service quality, and security.

Peran Sekretaris dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Kerja di Kantor Pusat BRI

Abstract

Research intended to describe the role of secretary to enhance work efficiency of staff of Headquarters of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero). The research used qualitative research method. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The main informants were the secretary of marketing communication division, Marketing Division Head of Marketing Communication, and the Supervisor of Marketing Communication. The data acquired by observation, indepth interview, and document analysis. The data validated by triangulation program. The result of the research showed the secretary role to increase job efficiency by planning, saving, timming, simplifying, eradication, and gathering the work to utilize value, timing, economics of jobs, and satisfied works.

Manajemen Pendidikan Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Serpong Tangerang Selatan

Abstract

Research intended to acknowledge managerial aspects of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Serpong Tangerang Selatan, especially from the aspects of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The research method used was the qualitative explorative method. Data collected from observation, documents analysis, and in-depth interview with some teachers. Data triangulation used as data analysis tool by compounding the data from observation, interviews and document analysis. The study result showed that overall the management function performed well from the aspect of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Planning function recommended to have specific programs, not only actuate the main program commanded by Ministry of Religious Affair, to make it more known by people at Tangerang Selatan district.

Penerapan Green Office pada Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia

Abstract

This qualitative research intended to acknowledge the application of “green office concept” at Housekeeping Department of Ministry of Health of Indonesia. The researcher captured the data from the research field factually. Data gathered from the responsible staffs purposively, data collection methods used were moderate participant observation, indepth interview, and document analysis. The data validated by technique triangulation and resource triangulation.The qualitative research result
showed that (1) the staffs have moderate commitment for “green office”behavior. As showed by the paper saving, electricity saving, water saving, waste management, greening, cleanliness, and room’s air conditioning; (2) Eco – friendly office technology applied by using information technology system as electronic mail, electronic filling system and web based communication group.(3) The office physical building design suitable for naturally lighting design with lights’ placement grouping system, and also considers building green coefficient.(4) Vehicle cleaning and watering trees with condensed water were prohibited.(5) Office materials selected to minimize the use of papers and tissues. (6) Air conservation system applied by using centralized Air Conditioning System with average degree 24 – 25 celcius. (7) Air
humidity about 55% with no smoking rule. (8) Electric saving lights used by grouping system and also there was motion sensor lights at the bathroom; (9) flush the plant with Air Conditioning condensed water.

Pengelolaan Arsip Vital pada Kantor Arsip Universitas Indonesia

Abstract

Based on the results of research, the transfer of vital archives is based on the University Rector’s Decision Letter and the activities of transfer is the identification of vital archives and the classification of vital archives by the archivist team. The recording of vital archives is referring to Norms, Standard Procedures and Criteria (NSPK) Filing and Archive Retention Schedule (JRA). The Office of Archives also carries out the work ethic of the employee and the making of the archivists’ work targets to make the listing activity more effective and efficient. Digitalization is for the rediscovery of archives, as a form of archive rescue method as well as archive publication. Preservation of vital archives at the Archives Office of the University of Indonesia covers the storage, maintenance and restoration of vital archives.
The vital archive storage in the archives office refers to the NSPK and POB Archives as well as to the ANRI Regulation No. 49 of 2015 on the procedures of the vital archive program. They are who maintaining the vital archives is the assigned archivist in particular and all employees in general. Recovery of archives at the University of Indonesia archives has not been done before, because there is no vital archive that requires special recovery. In securing the archives, the manager gets limited access authority according to the field of work unit. The technology applied in the archive office in performing archival safeguards refers to the System Technology and Information Technology Standards. Good technology is required in the archives of the University of Indonesia to ensure the maintenance of the
archive by supporting secure accessibility.
