Pola Asuh Balita Stunting Usia 24-59 Bulan Pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19

http://repository.uhamka.ac.id/id/eprint/17159/

Pola Asuh Balita Stunting Usia 24-59 Bulan Pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19

Hermawan, Saputra

Indonesia termasuk salah satu negara dengan “tiga beban malnutrisi”, sebelum adanya pandemi COVID-19. Tujuh juta
terpilih Kota Depok Jawa Barat Tahun 2020.
meningkatkan kapasitas kader posyandu.

Health System Resilience in The Context of COVID-19 Vaccination Management in Indonesia

Health System Resilience in The Context of COVID-19 Vaccination Management in Indonesia

Hermawan, Saputra

COVID-19 cases are still increasing in all around the globe and some countries are even
experiencing a surge in cases for the second time. The number of COVID-19 cases in
Indonesia as of April 2021 has almost reached one million. The Indonesian government
is targeting the COVID-19 vaccination in Indonesia to reach 70%, covering the target of
vaccine recipients of around 181.5 million people. The target was conveyed
optimistically by the government to be achieved within 15 months. However, the
achievements during the initial 3 months were only 5.72% for Dose I and 2.99% for
Dose II. This study aims to review the resilience of the health system in the context of
COVID-19 vaccination. The approaches and methods used to obtain this information
are qualitative with the method of desk study, expert study, and in-depth interviews.
The results showed that the components of the health resilience strategy in the context
of COVID-19 vaccination in Indonesia experienced obstacles, especially in the aspects
of vaccine availability, data collection, and maximizing the role of human resources
through the support of actual research on vaccine development. In the end, it is
necessary to strengthen the health system that accompanies the COVID-19 vaccination
program, including by continuing to implement health protocols, 3T surveillance
(testing-tracing-treatment), and other approaches comprehensively.

Monkeypox transmission risks in Indonesia

Monkeypox transmission risks in Indonesia

Hermawan, Saputra

After half a century as a regional disease in Central and West Africa, Monkeypox reemerged in 2022 and
spread on a transnational and transcontinental scale. The World Health Organization (WHO) classified it as a
Public Health Emergency of International Concern due to its rapid spread caused by the ease of global
mobilization, risk deviant behaviors, and potential for virus mutations. Through literature review and other
secondary data sources, this study scrutinized the risk of Monkeypox disease in Indonesia. Given the country’s
various characteristics, such as geographical conditions, demographics, population mobility, and virus
characteristics, it is most likely that there were Monkeypox cases in Indonesia, but they might not have been
detected. Therefore, early vigilance must be owned by the community and accompanied by policy support and
intervention to prevent Monkeypox transmission, particularly in surveillance efforts.

KAJIAN STRATEGIS PERCEPATAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN FITOFARMAKA UNTUK KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT

KAJIAN STRATEGIS PERCEPATAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN FITOFARMAKA UNTUK KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT

Hermawan, Saputra

Indonesia is a “megabio-diversity” country, the World Conservation Monitoring Center has reported that the
territory of Indonesia is an area where many types of medicinal plants are found with the number of plants that
have been utilized reaching 2,518 species (EISAI, 1995). Indonesia’s wealth of biological resources is a
potential resource in the pharmaceutical sector which has not been fully utilized. (Prodisfar, 2021). The
purpose of this study is to develop and recommend strategies for accelerating and developing
phytopharmaceuticals for public health in Indonesia. The research method is Qualitative Method. The
population and sample of the study were conducted by purposive sampling involving informants from across
ministries, the pharmaceutical industry, as well as professional organizations in Indonesia, and hospitals. The
results of the study show that Indonesia must carry out an acceleration strategy using an intensive strategy
(Market Penetration and Product Development and Market Product), while the development strategy is carried
out by backward integration, forward integration and horizontal integration as an effort to maintain public
health in Indonesia. Suggestions for further researchers, in order to be able to conduct special studies on halal
products and pharmacoeconomics for public health.
