FEK HEPATOPROTEKTOR DAN IMUNOMODULATOR
BATANG BROTOWALI (Tinospora cordifolia Miers) PADA
INDUKSI DENGAN VAKSIN HEPATITIS B
Rini Prastiwi, Rini
Hewan uji dibagi
menjadi 6 kelompok perlakuan. Masing-masing terdiri dari 5 mencit. Kelompok T1
diberikan fraksi kloroform metanol dosis 0,3416 mg/20 gram BB mencit, T2 0,4844
mg/20 gram BB mencit, T3 0,0942 mg/20 gram BB mencit, T4 0,8671 mg/20 gram BB
mencit), kelompok kontrol positif dan kelompok kontrol negatif. Induksi menggunakan
vaksin hepatitis B (0,52 mcg / 20 g BB mencit) pada hari ke 7 dan 14. Percobaan
dilakukan selama 28 hari.
gram BB mencit.

Monkeypox transmission risks in Indonesia
Hermawan, Saputra
After half a century as a regional disease in Central and West Africa, Monkeypox reemerged in 2022 and
spread on a transnational and transcontinental scale. The World Health Organization (WHO) classified it as a
Public Health Emergency of International Concern due to its rapid spread caused by the ease of global
mobilization, risk deviant behaviors, and potential for virus mutations. Through literature review and other
secondary data sources, this study scrutinized the risk of Monkeypox disease in Indonesia. Given the country’s
various characteristics, such as geographical conditions, demographics, population mobility, and virus
characteristics, it is most likely that there were Monkeypox cases in Indonesia, but they might not have been
detected. Therefore, early vigilance must be owned by the community and accompanied by policy support and
intervention to prevent Monkeypox transmission, particularly in surveillance efforts.

Health System Resilience in The Context of COVID-19 Vaccination Management in Indonesia
Hermawan, Saputra
COVID-19 cases are still increasing in all around the globe and some countries are even
experiencing a surge in cases for the second time. The number of COVID-19 cases in
Indonesia as of April 2021 has almost reached one million. The Indonesian government
is targeting the COVID-19 vaccination in Indonesia to reach 70%, covering the target of
vaccine recipients of around 181.5 million people. The target was conveyed
optimistically by the government to be achieved within 15 months. However, the
achievements during the initial 3 months were only 5.72% for Dose I and 2.99% for
Dose II. This study aims to review the resilience of the health system in the context of
COVID-19 vaccination. The approaches and methods used to obtain this information
are qualitative with the method of desk study, expert study, and in-depth interviews.
The results showed that the components of the health resilience strategy in the context
of COVID-19 vaccination in Indonesia experienced obstacles, especially in the aspects
of vaccine availability, data collection, and maximizing the role of human resources
through the support of actual research on vaccine development. In the end, it is
necessary to strengthen the health system that accompanies the COVID-19 vaccination
program, including by continuing to implement health protocols, 3T surveillance
(testing-tracing-treatment), and other approaches comprehensively.
